This is corrective information only. Precious and the gentleman at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Really, there were no major issues, but the refrigerator was missing a piece that kept them from falling out of the door. After getting out of the shower. I found there wasn't a blow dryer in the room. Precious took care of the problem in a timely manner. The elevators were malfunctioning, and I was worried that we would get stuck in it. Also someone needs to go through the towels, and a few of them need to be replaced. Over all these are minor issues and considering being short staffed and the Holiday we were fine. Husband has been battling Cancer and we just needed to get away.

Location was good. We were attending a wedding in Katy. Room spacious, good layout. Quiet and comfortable. Staff at check in accommodating. Asked to be away from the elevator at end of transaction and this was done with no problem.

Very clean, the staff was very professional and nice. The little restaurant and bar was a great touch was so nice to have a bar to enjoy a drink after a long drive. The pool and patio outside area was beautiful!
